I'm a licensed therapist with a dedicated focus on adults and athletes. My mission is to guide you through the complexities of life transitions, stress, anxiety, and performance-related challenges.

My personal health challenges led me on a path from adventure guiding to therapy, an experience that opened my eyes to the transformative power of mental health support intertwined with the healing energy of nature. This profound journey inspired me to utilize my extensive educational background in Counselling Psychology, Mental Health and Addictions Studies, Outdoor Adventure, Adventure Therapy, Environmental Leadership and Sustainability, and Indigenous Knowledges and Experiences to offer holistic support.

Land Acknowledgement 

I would like to  acknowledge that I practice and share wellness and therapeutic knowledge on the island of Ktaqmkuk [Uk-dah-hum-gook] (Newfoundland), which I recognize as the traditional, ancestral homelands of the Beothuk [Bee-oth-uk] and the unceded, traditional, and ancestral territory of the Mi’kmaq [Mee-gum-maq].
